St. Regis Resort
We have secured a block of rooms at the St. Regis Resort in Aspen from Sunday, February 27, through Wednesday, March 2, 2010, at the discounted rate of $530/night + applicable taxes. To make your reservations, please call the St. Regis at (970) 920-3300 or (888) 454-9005 and reference the Dulaney-AIRS Aspen Invitational Refractive Symposium group rate. The reservation deadline for this room rate is February 5, 2011.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to our very limited room block, only one (1) room per registered Dulaney-AIRS Symposium attendee is available at the St. Regis. Also, the group block begins on February 27, 2011, and we are unable to provide access to any discounted rooms at our group rate either prior to February 27 or after March 2, 2011.

PLEASE NOTE: All reservations at the St. Regis must be accompanied by a deposit, and the balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will forfeit all charges on record. Shortening your stay, including an early departure and no-show, is also considered a cancellation and subject to forfeiture of deposit amounts related to those room nights unused.
